Antoine Bouvet is one of those discreet yet determined winemakers who embody the new generation of Champagne. Grandson of the estate’s founder, he took over in 2011 with a clear ambition: to reveal the true character of his terroirs without artifice — through an artisanal, respectful, and low-intervention approach.

On these exceptional parcels, vineyard work is carried out with precision and care: living soils, no chemical herbicides, controlled cover cropping, and viticultural practices inspired by biodynamics. Trained both within the family estate and alongside other exacting growers, Antoine has refined his vision vintage after vintage. He vinifies on his own and approaches his craft as a true goldsmith of Champagne — producing few cuvées, in very limited quantities, always in pursuit of balance and purity.
