A world-famous star of the Rhône Valley, visionary, passionate and dedicated to his trade, Michel Chapoutier has taken the family-run business and created an empire that extends well beyond the borders of the Rhône Valley. An enthusiast of biodynamics since 1991 and a fan of single vineyard cuvées, he favours allowing each appellation to express the singular characteristics of the land. The grapes are harvested manually and vinified according to traditional methods. These are wines that embody the full nature of their terroir.
