Shipping Your Order

Deliveries can be made in France and to nearly all countries in the European Union, subject to any restrictions imposed by the shipping carriers, to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order confirmation. The available delivery methods are generally as follows: Colissimo or Chronopost or, if necessary, via the courier service typically used by BGC VINS RARES. Estimated delivery times, depending on the delivery method, are no later than 30 days. These times are provided for informational purposes only and are calculated in business days. The Customer’s attention is drawn to the fact that it is their responsibility to assess the feasibility of delivery and drop-off, meaning that the delivery location is suitable for receiving the product. It is also their responsibility to indicate, at the time of ordering, any specific access requirements (elevator, access code, etc.). If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in the Customer’s mailbox, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery.
